Of course, the downside is that you always need Internet access to use Google Workspace. This means that no matter what device you use, if you have access to the Internet you can access your Google Workspace. Google Workspace applications are all solely cloud based, meaning there is no software download option. The biggest difference between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is whether you want to be cloud only or have a combination of cloud and software. Google offers a 14-day free trial of Workspace, while Microsoft offers a 30-day free trial.
